An Antiguo Casino de Ponce, Puerto Rico Wedding

"Yeidy and Javier are both creative souls. He is a makeup artist and photographer and she works in the fashion industry. Since they both live in NYC they decided to have a destination wedding with their families and close friends who flew out for the weekend.

They chose to have their events on a historic town in Puerto Rico called Ponce. Ponce is a town that people like to stroll around, a town of many traditions and you will see how this couple enjoyed their strolls here. The floral and decor details were all very classic all coming to make a picture-perfect wedding.

We wanted to get married in Ponce because it's such a beautiful city filled with lots of great architecture. The location was perfect because The Old Casino was part of my grandma's history, as she used to sneak out as a teenager and go there to hang out with her friends.

The details were the most important: invitations custom made with our portraits, music, food, flowers...but in the end, we wanted everyone to dance the night away and have a great time. And the ambiance was beautiful -- mixing old and modern with chandeliers, a disco ball and subtle but sweet floral arrangements.

It had been raining for days in Ponce and the one day it didn't rain was our wedding day. The ceremony was sweet and beautiful. And the night was perfect!"
