The 7 Day Bridal Body Workout Challenge

Written with love, by Jennifer Dene

Is your hectic schedule preventing you from working out?

Or perhaps you're struggling with motivation?

Are you sick of seeing articles that tell you how to "slim down like a celeb" for your big day, filled with the same boring advice (eat more protein, reduce carbs, and avoid alcohol).

Let's forget about all that and just have some fun!

This week on Mind Body Bride I've shared a 7 day fitness challenge that isn't just focused on how you look.

This 7-day workout is fun, and challenging, and sweaty, and effective. But it's also a great way to build your fitness habit, and to remind you about the other benefits of exercise, like instant energy and a boost in confidence.

Head on over to the full body workout below and let's train. I can't wait to see you there!

(P.S. Want to know how Jerry Seinfeld influenced my fitness habit? Read about it on the blog!)

Flour Free Banana + Coconut Pancake Recipe

Written with love, by Jennifer Dene

Hello bridal beauty!

I have a breakfast recipe for you today that will make your taste buds dance with delight.

Choosing to (mostly) eat healthy meals during your engagement isn't challenging, or boring, if you have the right recipes up your sleeve.

These flour-free banana and coconut pancakes taste as good as they look, and the fact that they're made without flour or sugar makes them really good for you as well.

During the week I'll eat these pancakes plain as a snack, and on the weekend I'll drizzle a little maple syrup for an extra treat.

I can't wait to see you there!

Written with love, by Jennifer Dene

You've had a long day at work and head home ready to rock out a quick workout and then kick it with your fiancé.

But you arrive to find an email from your wedding planner, with a long list of questions that need to be answered by tomorrow. And your mother-in-law is texting about the guest list...again.

So much for that workout.

But you don't have to totally ignore your own well being. Take a minute and try these four relaxing yoga poses that will help you to release stress, and feel more centered and calm in yourself.

Wedding Stressed? Try These 4 Yoga Poses To Help You Relax.

  • Balasana (Childs Pose)
  • Ardha Matsyendrasana (Seated Spinal Twist)
  • Vrksasana (Tree Pose)
  • Savasana (Corpse Pose)

Once you've learned these four moves you can do them anytime, anywhere, to let go of tension and boost relaxation.
