A Jet-Setting 1940's Engagement Session

"Since Tara and Kellen are planning a destination wedding for next February, they decided on the theme of "jet-setting" for their engagement session at Jim Hamilton–L.B. Owens Airport in South Carolina. We met at an old airplane hanger in downtown Columbia, South Carolina for photos with an RV8 Vans Aircraft. Kellen, a local business owner, worked some magic to get permission to shoot there and find an airplane to use for the shoot. Tara said the space gave her almost Pearl Harbor vibes and she envisioned herself in a long floral dress with vintage suitcases. They brought along their passports as props. When we started, we had a beautiful warm sunset to work with.
