“Kat and Jimmy wanted a classy, southern wedding. Once they saw the Boxwood Estate, they knew it would be the perfect venue for them. They chose navy blue and white as their colors and it was a beautiful choice under the large white tent with bistro lights. Kat and Jimmy wanted to make sure their guests had an amazing night and they did just that by having not just one but two bands! They all enjoyed dancing the night away!”

A Newforge House Ireland Wedding

“Kelli and Max knew from the second they got engaged that Ireland would always be where they would say “I Do.” Max's father came to the U.S. on a scholarship, met his mother in Louisiana and so not only were they able to bring just close friends and family from Louisiana to Northern Ireland, but they were also able to have Ireland family as well. It was a beautiful joining of not only two people but cultures, families and traditions in one of the most intimately unique elopements I've seen. Newforge House was the perfect place to host this three day event of Irish everything and a little bit of Cajun magic too.”

A House of the Seasons Texas Garden Wedding

“My mother’s whole family is from East Texas, the Old Southern part of the state, and seven generations before us were married in the region since the original branch of the family arrived during the Antebellum period in Jefferson, TX, by steamboat from New Orleans. Family tradition and heritage inspired everything about my wedding, from the dress to the decor. Even the wedding invitations, hand drawn and letter pressed by my sister in law in England (MishMish Paper Co.) incorporated the family history through a map of East Texas highlighting places in our family's long history in the state.”
