A Eclectic Dara's Garden East Tennessee Wedding

"After being in a serious accident in 2014, Brittany felt "quite literally broken" and was afraid she would never love again. That changed the day she met Collin- who helped her see the beauty she holds and the support he has for her. They both share the love of life, laughter, tattoos, cars, and Harry Potter (you'll see elements of these things throughout these images). They knew they were meant to be and in October they became Mr & Mrs at Dara's Garden in Knoxville TN in a quarry surrounded by the fall forests. Brittany, having such an eclectic soul, made sure her decor was full of simplistically yet reflected their quirky relationship. There wedding day was full of happy tears, champagne pops, laughter, dancing, and LOVE.

"Collin and I met at a local car show; which happened to be the morning of a terrible accident I was in. He was dating a high school friend of mine so we stopped to chat, and that morning he met my (at the time) boyfriend of 8 years. We parted ways but little did we know only a couple months later we would be reunited.. My boyfriend didn’t survive the accident and I was left completely broken, emotionally and physically. I had a year long recovery, and Collin was the one to, quite literally, pick me up off the ground and make me whole again. We went through it all, and almost gave up, but never left each other’s side. I believe in fate, and I believe in true love. I met Collin that morning for a reason, and now he IS my reason. He is my person. The Derek to my Meredith. The Ross to my Rachel."

A Carmella's Dessert Bar Charleston Engagement Session

"Travis and I first met at Evo's Pizzeria on a blind date (January 4th 2016). We were set up by our mutual friends, Trey and Erin. Trey and Travis are both State Troopers and work together on the same shift. Erin (Trey's wife) and I worked at an animal hospital together. When Erin met Travis at Trey's work Christmas party she thought we would make a perfect match. She was right =) We do make a good match lol It's been amazing with Travis and I feel so lucky and blessed to have him by my side."

"Travis Proposed to me on Memorial Day 2017. He came over that day after work and wanted to take me on a date to Sullivan's Island and get dinner at Poe's Tavern. So we got in the car and headed to Sullivan's Island (where we had our first kiss!) We walked along the beach and as we were walking he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! He put the ring on the wrong hand at first lol but it was sweet and an overwhelming, joyful moment!"

"Alexa and Travis are one of those couples that exudes happiness and love. Being in their presence, you can't help but laugh and smile along with them. From the moment I met these two, Travis not once stopped bringing joy to Alexa. The location we chose for their engagement session is a location I have been dying to shoot in -- the natural light from the large windows begs for a session. Carmella's Dessert Bar in downtown Charleston also happened to be where they had one of their first dates. It was a perfect spot for some cute images of a sweet couple."
