Prior to the shoot, photographer Tiffany Wu and coordinator Ying Voong went downtown Los Angeles to visit the number one place for cheap crafts... Moskatels (for those of you who don't know, it's a division of Michaels Arts & Crafts). There, they found all of the decor pieces that would fit perfectly with this DIY vintage themed wedding shoot -- crates, bird cages, suitcases, and more. They then headed to the fashion district to purchase the lace and champagne cloth that would line the mason jars and serve as the linen for the sweetheart table.

Everything from the "Mr & Mrs" and "I Love You" flags, white cone backdrop, lace shoes, and lace lined mason jars were entirely DIY'd for this shoot, all on a less than $200 budget! Shooting at one of Pasadena's hidden gem locations, Arlington Garden, it provided the perfect setting with the most beautiful backdrops for the shoot.

The surrounding nature trails set a romantic tone for the vintage styled couple Ruby Rose and Ryan Archer. Combined with the roses in her hair and red lips, Ruby was sheer perfection. Ryan totally stole the show with his grey suit, plaid bowtie, and boutonniere provided by The Daily Blossom. They made the perfect couple to complete the vision.
