"This wedding stress will never be contained!"

I know that I've already introduced it to you all but if you haven't heard, I published my very first book last week! And of course, it is none other than a guide for all of my beautiful brides! Based on the title of my blog, and the title of the book, "The Overwhelmed Bride," I think you know what my ultimate goal is.

No matter who you are, you are going to encounter stress throughout the wedding planning process. Do you know who this stress actually affects? I know, you're focused on yourself at this point and just trying to get done what you need to get done, but in reality, this stress is affecting anyone involved in the planning - your bridesmaids, your fiance, your parents. And I will even take it a step further and introduce you to something you may not have realized, but you are affecting every single vendor you work with as well! We absolutely love working with brides and know the reality of stress so believe me, we are used to it. We love what we do and we love making your day special, and that is exactly why we are in this industry and have stayed in the industry. But when we encounter a bride who has her stress in check, it is such a breath of fresh air and makes planning with you so much more fun!

I work every day to see all of your stress contained and believe it or not, everything I write about and everything I do has that one goal in mind. Each blog post has that goal in mind, offering my coordination services at the most reasonable price to ensure every bride has a planner has that goal in mind, FAQ Tuesday has that goal in mind, and the contests and giveaways are meant to make you happy and excited and hopefully rid your mind of that stress. And the book is there to teach you how to stay stress-free to and through your wedding day.

I want you to all enjoy this amazing experience in your life, so I have come up with the largest stress-points that I have seen throughout my six years of planning, and compiled the best tips and advice that I have seen keep that stress contained in my couples. Now I am not promising that there will be no stress, because that will never happen. But I can promise that this book will be a quick read (not overwhelming to read either!) and a great reference along the way in order for you to ultimately enjoy this experience.

When you think back on your wedding day and the events that led up to it, I want you to feel this :) rather than this :(.

Make this experience positive and memorable for everyone involved, and let me help you get there!
