Here's a fun fact for your Saturday morning: It's totally OK to enjoy "treat food" during your engagement.
In fact, a daily dose of "yum" is not only good for your taste buds, it could also help you reach your bridal body goals even faster.
This is because as soon as a food is off-limits it tends to make us crave it even more, which can lead to overeating, guilt, and saying things like: "I knew I couldn't stick to this, so why bother trying."
The more realistic (and enjoyable) approach is to primarily eat nutritious whole foods — such as vegetables, fruit, whole grains, fish, meat, and healthy fats — and then enjoy a small treat each day.
