full body wedding workout

Pre-wedding juice cleanses are so 2015! As a sexy, smart and savvy bride you know that the easiest way to reach and maintain your bridal-babe-body is by eating clean, enjoying a treat or two, and sticking to a specific workout plan that includes high intensity training to elevate your heart rate, tone your muscles and generate a good sweat.

Sweating is an essential part of the detox process as toxins are eliminated through the pores. Not only does this help to clear up your skin, it also purges the body of much toxic build-up.

Today's 30 minute workout gives a whole new meaning to #sweatingforthewedding.

Grab a pair of weights (5 - 12 pounds) and I'll see you in the workout!

Take me to the workout!

Sunday's Most Loved // Losing Weight Before the Wedding

So many brides start to get into the best shape of their life before the wedding. You want to look as great as possible in those wedding photos that will last a lifetime, correct? While it makes me very happy when brides change their lifestyle and habits leading up to the wedding, it typically goes downhill starting with the honeymoon.

So my advice? Don't try to lose weight before your wedding in order to look great in photos. Click the image below to find out why!

How To Sculpt Wedding Worthy Arms

Written with love, by Jennifer Dene

Are you in need of a quick workout to sculpt wedding worthy arms? If so, I've got just the thing! Here are four reasons why you're going to love today's arm sequence on Mind Body Bride.

quick at home bridal workout

1. Whether you're going strapless or backless on your wedding day, this workout shapes the two most important muscles for wedding worthy arms – deltoids (those tear shaped muscles at the side of the upper shoulder) and triceps (the soft, jiggly part of the underarm).

2. It's inspired from the Pilates sequence Seated Arms Facing Front. Keep in mind that Pilates is all about those long, lean, balletic muscles ... is that the look you're going for? It was for me!

3. It only takes 5 minutes and can be done up to four days a week after your usual workout or on its own.

4. You will tone your arms but you won't break a sweat, meaning that you can do this anytime and anywhere. Perhaps you can even leave a pair of light weights at your work desk?!
