Over the past 18 months I have completely eliminated any-and-all body products, cosmetics and hair products that contain harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances or added dyes. Not only does my skin feel so much better – think hydrated without moisturizer, and scale free  – it has also benefited my health.

The fragrances and chemicals in many beauty products can actually disrupt hormonal balance and weaken the immune system. So while that strawberry shampoo makes your nose happy, your endocrine system disagrees!
